A Bozeman native, Dr. Freund graduated from Montana State University with a BS degree in Cell Biology and Neuroscience and received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington. He is driven to provide dental care with a contemporary approach and stay up to date with the evolution of dental technology and materials. As a regular attendee of dental education courses relating to the evolution of technology and cosmetic dentistry, he continually strives to provide the best that dentistry has to offer to all patients.

In 2019, Dr. Freund purchased the practice of Dr. Leslie Hayes, who retired after 30 years of private practice in Bozeman. Dr. Freund and his staff are dedicated to maintaining an excellent quality of care while implementing modern dental techniques and equipment that improve patient comfort and efficiency. Whether digital x-rays that reduce radiation exposure or offering crowns in a single visit, every service considers the patient’s comfort and convenience.

Outside the office, Dr. Freund enjoys spending time with his wife, a teacher in Bozeman, and two daughters. They love everything that makes Bozeman such a wonderful community to live in and raise a family. He also believes in staying involved in the community however possible and is currently on the executive committee of the Bozeman Bucks Legion Baseball Organization. Other passions of his include drinking coffee, skiing, college football, and going downtown in Bozeman with friends and family!
